Shipping Policy

Upon purchase, you will receive a receipt and order confirmation. Once your product has shipped, you will also receive an email with a tracking number you can use to track your shipment.

We currently offer USPS Priority shipping, as well as 2-day and overnight shipping via UPS. For orders over $100 that receive free shipping, your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your purchase, you may return your product to us for a complete refund.

Return Policy

You may return a product to us within 30 days of purchase, either unopened or partially used. Used products may only be returned for a refund if 25% or less of the product has been consumed or used. We reserve the right to refuse multiple or subsequent returns. We also reserve the right to refuse future subsequent orders to the same individual, email address, billing or mailing address if we believe our satisfaction guarantee is being abused.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received your returned item, it will take roughly two weeks for you to see your refund credited back to your form of payment.
